Hell, I'll even sell you my Accura 56k for my upgrade cost and you can keep 
the 14.4k.  The 2400 I traded in is better than the Accura I got in return.  
Of course, since I "took advantage" of such a special upgrade program, there 
is no customer service or return policy...
