I use k9copy on linux. It's a standard deb package from the debian-
multimedia archive at http://debian-multimedia.org. I use it in much the
same way I use dvd shrink in windows to extract an iso from a DL-DVD to
a SL-DVD. I'm not sure if there is a MAC-OS version though.
