Our Meditation Experiences part 2
(Session, January 22,97)
These below described accounts are personal meditation experiences
that were recorded soon after those individuals returned back to their
normal state. They are described here in a simple language. This
particular evening 10 people of our group gathered for a meditation
and channeling. This time three members of our group had very strange
but interesting stories to share with us. This time were Sid, Jan and
Henrieta in that order.
Sid: He carried out his usual pre-meditation routine aligning his
chakras. As always he sent the energy around to the remaining members
of the group. Soon after the energy started to circulate and it began
gradually to increase very rapidly, at this point he visualized
himself going to the 63d floor using an elevator. Once there, he got
off on a platform, and there he found a space ship waiting at him with
a canopy over the platform. And as soon he walked in, the ship took
off. Without seeing anybody, the ship was somehow communicating with
him. He somehow sensed, that their destination was H/B Companion. At
some point of travel a voice from somewhere said: "you are the same
distance now from the sun as to the earth. You are here to bring up
the whole group." Once at the destination curved line like a rope came
out of the Companion and got all of us over inside the ship. There he
saw a big screen which showed the different aspects of this round Orb
(planet) which by the appearance looked as if it was man made. A voice
again, said: "What you people need to do is form a circle and hold
hands. You have to do this to make contact with the beings on
Hale-Bopp Companion - connect with Love." As he looked around the ship
he became mesmerized with formation of large energy ball right in
front of him. After awhile this ball started moving away and while it
was moving away it kept changing colors. A voice, said: "we showed you
THE GROUP MIND."
They took us back to the previous location on the ship, and he heard a
voice saying  "it will be harder here but we must do this." A large
8-sided pyramid with a base appeared and it was turning counter
clockwise, after a while it changed rotation into clockwise direction.
Voice: "Make a circle and send love and greeting" as we followed the
request, the pyramid increased the speed of rotation and colors shot
out of it and were sent out throughout the universe to those that are
in tune with this light frequencies. A voice again offered an
explanation, "this is mostly to send love and energy to Hale-Bopp so
that they can modify their course. You must do this tomorrow 4 times.
10:00 11:00 12:00 1:00. Send love." 
Jan: She saw pale blue and pale pink colors. Sent energy around to
those in the group. Then suddenly felt like a large head within her,
long arms and body. (She recalled, that lately she had quite
frequently this feeling.) This form or a strange being came out of her
and looked at us one by one. Her comments afterward, they speak
gutturally but are telepathic. One of them poked Lil in the ribs.
Looked into Shar's head and then came back. She noticed an 8-sided
pyramid, that grew and became enormous. She saw a very vast chamber
inside this pyramid. A couple of ET's were standing on either side of
her with their hands on her shoulders and were pushing her down to
remain seated - the pressure was quite noticeable. Among other things,
she also saw a hand with huge milky ball of energy being pushed into
her stomach. Her head felt a huge and it was expanding. The pressure
of this ball inserted into her stomach was expanding in all directions
of the body. Then it suddenly left.
Hendrika: Saw pale green colors and an 8-sided pyramid which was pale
blue and the size of the room where we gathered. Energize this she was
told. From her head came an arrow going to the pyramid which slowly
became purple. Wait till all the purple connects and as soon it did we
all went into this purple light one by one, all by ourselves and the
pyramid followed our group. Soon we were in front of a spaceship which
we entered. There we were instantly covered with a very thin layer of
liquid that looked like water. We looked out the portholes/windows of
this space ship we saw Hale-Bopp the comet. There were only 3 windows
visible to us from where we were located on the ship. She said, I know
that it is Hale-Bopp. It is a comet and there are other planets
connected with it. The energy of the pyramid pushed the space ship
closer to the comet. Too much heat she said. Voice: send energy and
push the comet to alter its course. The comet has to be moved so other
planets can help us. Meditate and send energies together. Feel that
you have many assisting you with this task. Do this four or five times
a day. She saw a group of ET's. We asked you for help so we will help
you with this. The middle fingers of the ET's were glowing and
touching us. She saw one the ET's in the air with crossed legs and
looking at each of us. They said: "and they are afraid of our faces,
look at theirs."
Then Henrieta saw them try to speak to her, the sound was guttural.
She turned to Jan and saw an ET, (Grey) and an Ecruan ET, she had the
feeling that Jan is both, and has connection between the Greys and the
Ecruan's. They were moving around the circle and turned to Henrieta
saying you can do this also. She declined.
One of the ET's said: watch for january 23, february, june and
september. There will be earth changes and you must collectively keep
sending energy to minimize these changes.  She finally asked is that
all they had to say. They said: "how much can you take?." 
After about 25 minutes we all came out of meditation.
Needless to say we all shared our personal meditation experiences,
some of us participated to some degree in these activities.
Channeling: The Path through Henrieta
Hello we are here, you are with us. We are connected tonight for the
first time in a circle of beings of all types. You would say black or
white, we say all colors of the rainbow. We have here your friends the
ET's, and we have here personalities from Ecru. From these you will
find out more in the next two weeks. The friends, your ET's are now
connected with the group that are controlling the H/B Companion at
this moment, that is the ships that are behind Hale-Bopp. This is
concerning three planets. Some of the beings of one of the planets
have strong bodies  and some parts of their bodies are like steel.
They are Niberians, mechanical like androids. 
Your ET's (the Greys) are going there freely back and forth. They and
only they, can do this because their bodies can take tolerate the
atmosphere of those planets without having the need to convert their
physiological constituents into anything else. But the ET's are used
to those conditions since they are similar to their own planet's
atmosphere.
We, this is the E.T. (Gray) speaking: are working with Barb everyday.
We are also working with Sid in different area, we are working with
Jan also. After all she is one of us from the beginning. It may not be
to her liking sometimes to hear this, but you always say, tell the
truth, so we do. We also are working with many of you to help
yourself. We mean  in the area of healing, not only the body but the
mind too. We are with you in the day but also at night. Look around
after you have meditated in your bedroom or wherever, you will see us.
We mean see us.
First you may see a blue like flame, after, it will lighten up your
room. Then you will see us in our own bodies, not as a clone of a
human being but us. We also will have a ring that we carry sometimes
on our waist, sometimes on our chest. This is for us to make easier
transformation of our energy to yours. We use this ring to connect
both bodies together. You will feel it. We won't have to explain how
or what it is because you will feel it. The Ecruians can't travel to
those planets as we can, so the same would apply to you. You can only
visit us when they take you there because you will receive a liquid
like cover over your body. 
The Path: Those that have been taken by the ET's to be examined they
are all covered first by this liquid like substance. Yes, those people
who are abducted. This promotes your way of breathing. All of those
ET's that have been involved with the abductions are saying, we don't
hurt anyone. This is made up by those that have been abducted to make
it more  sensational then it should be. How boring would it be if they
would have said, we have been taken and everything was great. They
would be quickly put in a mental home. So the stories have to go with
it to make others see what is happening. Take any one of those
separately and ask them one on one those questions. They would really
tell you what it is like.
As we have told you before you will be taught by the ET's to see
inside each and everyone's body. Sometimes they will take over for you
but you will see. They will make the changes and you will do the
healing. 
This was one more of strange experiences, it felt real to us at that
time. However coming back to reality, we weren't quite certain, yet we
went through it, it was tremendously energizing. So, we like to share
with those that will take time to read it.
