Yes, I've been pondering this one quite a bit, and am leaning towards a
mailing list format at this moment, so at least all of the garbage can
be edited out or inappropriate messages deleted. That does require some
ongoing editing work to consider.
A moderated newsgroup still doesn't seem to be spam proof though, and
although there is lots of good stuff in the newsgroups, sometimes high
percentages are off topic or spam, making the signal to noise ratio
rather low.
Still pondering. Anyone have any comments on this?
Oh, by the way, as I've stated eariler, I will continue to support Fido
AUDIO activities as long as a Fidonet exists.
