So, you think that Falwell was saying that your Jehovah lifted the
"curtain" veil to warn us against our wickedness, rather than to
punish us?    Nice, your god.

I love my children, and am deeply concerned for their welfare, but don't
think that they "deserve" to have pieced of their bodies removed
when they behave in ways that I don't approve of.

It would be hateful if I did, don't you think?

Read this again:

Your god allowed this to happen, because we deserve it (probably).  It
doesn't get any plainer than that.   And here's what you said:

Not irrelevant at all, Falwell (and Robertson, and you) believes that your
god allowed 9/11 to happen as a warning/punishment.  He also believes that
your god visited HIV upon homosexuals as punishment.
