Here is some items that I have picked up!!!
 
THEY'RE TELLING THE TRUTH.
=========================
American medical experts have used hypnosis to test the truth of stories
told by people claiming to have had personal encounters with alien beings.
The results have often been startling. A 16yr old high school boy, who
claimed to have seen a tall, green-eyed creature in his garden, agreed to
tests at the South-west Montana Mental Health Centre,Anaconda. The youth
had forgotten what happened after he encountered the creature, but under
hypnosis he said that three aliens had dragged him into a spaceship. They
had examined him, then told him he would forget the entire incident. Dr.
Kent Newman, who conducted the experiment,said "I believe that the boy
honestly reported what he had experienced." A similar view is taken by Dr.
Leo Sprinkle, of the University Of Wyoming, Laramie, whose tests revealed
that most space encounters took place against the subjects wills and that
they were generally terrified and highly emotional. They also experienced
physical effects and amnesia. Dr. Sprinkle said,"I don't know whether these
people experienced physical or out of body encounters, but my personal and
professional bias is to accept their claims as real. Dr. Alvin Lawson, of
California State University, Long Beach, is more cautious. After placing
under hypnosis several witnesses who claimed to have been abducted, he
said, "Their stories are at least partially true. But that does not mean
that their experiences are necassarily "real" physical events - any more
than hallucinations are.
 
THE WASHINGTON INVASION.

Flying saucers and UFO's normally seem to shun densly populated areas. But
one of most famous visitations of all time happened directly over the
capitol of the USA. The press labelled it the Washington Invasion. On the
evening of 19th July 1952, five strange, strong lights zigzagged across the
sky, watched by thousands of people. A week later, on 26th July, they
appeared again with reinforcements. This time, they were between 6 and 12
of them, and their speedy, erratic movements ruled out the possibility that
they were aircraft. Three F94 jet fighters were sent up to buzz the mystery
objects. Two of the interceptors could find no trace of the UFO's but the
third pilot flew straight into a cluster of brillant bluish white lights.
The lights, he sad, travelled alongside him for 15 secs before dispersing
at remarkable speed. The pilot returned safetly to base, and the lights
were never seen again.
 
FIRST UFO ON FILM.

Two Swiss astronomers from Basle observed a spindle-like object, surrounded
by a glowing outer ring, pass in front of the sun on August 9th 1762. The
sighting corresponded with a shape seen over Mexico by hundreds of people
in the 1880's. The photograph which Professor Bonilla took there through a
telescope at Zacatecas observatory on August 12th 1883 is believed to be
the first photograph ever taken of a UFO.
 
MYSTERY OF THE ANDES.
=====================
No reason was ever given for the tight security net thrown round an area
near Mendoza in western Argentina in January 1964. But rumours that a UFO
had lost speed and crashed, with tiny aliens in luminous suits aboard, in
the foothills of the Andes, circulated for some years, and a photograph
smuggled to the Flying Saucer Review magazine showed a mysterious cigar-
shaped object, about 13 feet long, lying in rough scrubland.
 
DEMONS AND DEMON-SHIPS.

Agression by man against UFO's is nothing new. According to the US Air
Force Academy textbook, supposed airships were treated as demon-ships in
Ireland in about 1000 AD, and in Lyons, France,"admitted" space travellers
were killed in around 840 AD.
 
BULLET PROOF.
=============
Police at Fort Beaufort, South Africa, fired shots from eight yards when a
glowing metallic object landed on June 26th 1972. But the bullets had no
effect. The machine merely took off with a humming noise.
