That's not fair Gary, it has nothing to do with black or white, but with
competence. There are plenty of competent black mayors and incompetent
white mayors in cities across the country -- most of them are never found
out as the biggest crises they ever face are complaints about mosquitoes or
potholes.

I think the numbers they've been quoting are NO is 67% black, yet people
are seemingly puzzled that they see more blacks than whites in the cable
news coverage -- all I can say to that it DOH! Buy a clue.

I find this whole overblown and positively hysterical "blame
game" that's going down as people continue to suffer to be entirely
disgusting. There's plenty of time to sort out what went wrong (if
anything, hell this is 90,000 sq. ft. of devastation; a greater area than
all of the United Kingdom if the reporters are accurate) and whom is
responsible, or for the purposes of improving future responses, *after* the
remaining victims are helped.
