Don't forget the further amazing coincidence that the city is run by a
black mayor and another coincidence that the city has a black city council,
and another coincidence that the police chief and most of the police
department are black.

Who was it that told everyone to go to the dome, without making sure there
was adequate food, water, police protection, chemical toilets, etc. etc.
etc.??  Gee that would be the amazing coincidence of the black city
government.  Who was it that let all the school and city buses get drowned
in the flood rather than send them to evacuate people who refused to
evacuate and contributed to bringing this crisis upon themselves?  Gee that
would be the amazing coincidence of the black city government.  Who was it
that didn't have the police go in immediately and re-establish order and
stop the chaos?  Gee that would be the amazing coincidence of the black run
city government.

The mayor of New Orleans is desperately trying to get people mad at
everyone EXCEPT HIM, because he is rightly concerned that they might figure
out that IT WAS HIS FRIGGIN JOB TO HANDLE THIS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN
HE DID.

Gee what an amazing coincidence that blacks who put there trust in the
incompetent blacks running the city government to save them from themselves
were severely disappointed, and then just like always happens when a black
man screws over a bunch of other blacks they all get together and blame
some white man 2000 miles away.  Gee life is full of amazing coincidences.

If the mayor and police chief of New Orleans had the competence of the
average white mayor anywhere in the USA, things would have been very
different for these poor people stranded after listening to their
incompetent black leaders of New Orleans.
