If that guy wasn't so serious about the use of the dog to prove 
arson, I would have bust out laughing. Problem is; the minds of 
mush people who make up the majority of our population bought it 
lock, stock and barrel.
Too bad the tanks GROUND UP the evidence beneath their tracks, 
maybe the dog could have found the real source of the fires, 
like (clean/military issue) incendiary devices.......
