Simple, it's a long-term problem that no president in the past 200 years
has addressed and good ole Pat comes up with a "let's impeach this
president" plan -- utter nonsense.

cogent - Appealing to the intellect or powers of reasoning.

What Pat is engaging is nonsensical rhetoric. The proper way to solve this
problem is to ask, early and often, each candidate running for office what
their position is on sealing off the borders to illegal immigrants and make
it crystal clear to them that you will not vote for them if they are not
willing to commit to that plan, and if they do not follow through they will
not be reelected.

If, on January 21, 2001 Bush (or Gore if he'd been successful in stealing
the election) had said, "on February 1st the National Guard will close
our borders up tight as a drum," There'd have been an outcry heard on
Pluto by Reps, Dems, and Pat Buchanan. You know damn well that is true.
