Is there a standard for function keys other than F1 (help)?

I've written a black book type program and would like to assign the F 
keys to the following functions:

Next entry
Previous entry
Print current entry
Modify current entry
Delete current entry
Add/Save a new entry
Find first
Find next

Also, does anyone know if there is a prohibition against not having an 
easy method for escape from the application for the user?
