That's understandable, the rest of the region suffered the storm and are
now on dry land, while N.O. is underwater, so probably not prudent to go
powering things back up already.

Thanks for the info, it was interesting and informational, but uh Bob, I
think I'll rely on you to relay any future good relevant stuff from
