I have done this hundreds of times. Back in the 60's, I'd take a
6 pack, drive to the mountains from Washington, DC and talk back
to my house with 4 watts and a Shakespere whip antenna. - 60 miles.
I've talked to several other countries from my car when conditions
allow. ...Running various amounts of power from 4 watts to 500 watts.

Did your sources also mention that he is single, looking for female
companionship, and has a charming personality... Just like his Pop?
...And what the *ell does this have to do with UFOs?
