Fortunately, some of my neighbors' kids practiced things like
trumpet a few years back--so the folks owe me a bit of slack.  But now
the Power Brake lets me keep the neighbors (and the madwomen in this 
house) happier.
  There's an old Faces song on _Ogden's Nut Gone Flake_ which has Steve 
Marriott (I think it is) singing, "Wouldn't it be nice to get on with me 
neighbors".  The idea is that he's a loud partyer or bandmember or both.
