Might I suggest you re-read the XXII amendment -- the exact 
wording?   The word "consecutive" isn't in it.  Also you might 
want to complain to the person who made that same mistake on your 
high school finals test.  Of course if you *do* find 
"consecutive" in the constitution then my copy might be flawed 
and I'd be glad to apologize.
