I'll give you that, it's a 67% (or higher) probabilty that they were black,
while it's only a 10% probability that the helicopter occupants were.

No, I think you misunderstood me (perhaps my fault), I didn't say that I
wouldn't also describe the alleged perpatrator as whatever he was, white,
black or asian etc., only that race wouldn't be foremost on my mind and
never has been.
