Yes, absolutely. My point all along has been all this casting of blame
amidst the real-time, continuing events, is pointless.

I don't think, when push comes to shove, that they'll ever be able to force
people to leave even though they always try to give the impression that
'mandatory' is mandatory. I'd have left New Orleans for sure, because of its
unique situation, but odds are I'd not leave my current location on the Jersey Shore.
Then again, I suppose they could use accelerated eminent domain to get just
about anyone out of anywhere, whenever they like: "look, a dark cloud!
you have to give up your home"...
