I don't think we should even acknowledge his existence, unless it's to
remove him. Which isn't really worthwhile now, since he's likely to die of
natural causes soon -- but what do we do if another strongman rises to the
occasion upon Castros death? Restart the cycle for another half a century,
or fix the problem in our basement once and for all?
