The Steve-Trek-pedia hit a major problem, called "way too much
work." The letter A took something like twenty-six pages, and that
just covered the major characters and major situations from Athena,
Alexandria and some of the Starflights stories (Odonan-crew stories). It
doesn't include "Flag at the Edge of Space" in detail (although
Mary Abuna and the ship have short entries) and the novel. To do the
Starflights Encyclopedia at all would require me to reduce the detail, to
exlude minor guest characters or planets mentioned but not named, and
things like that. The aim is to have the Encyclopedia keep a running
record of the major ships and characters and to provide background. My
entry for Betazed (I'm still working on the B's) is now my official
Steve-Trek source for that planet.
I'm getting the feeling that the Steve-Trek-Pedia will be too large to post= .
