But Gary, it could just as easily be a case of white crackheads shooting
down a chopper that happened to have black Coast Guard occupants. I'm as
appalled as you are at that rapper crap claiming Bush doesn't care about
blacks (ironically Bush has more blacks in his cabinet than the "first
black" president), but I see no good end to continuing to facilitate
your satire on the situation, even if I do understand what your point is.

Perhaps I'm too idealistic and thought all this crap was 40 years behind
us? It's never been behind me, as I never acknowledged any difference
between us as Americans in the first place. If I were a witness to a crime
I'd be far more likely to describe the alleged perpetrator as 6'x"
tall as my first impression than "he was black" as I genuinely
have trouble making that distinction as conscious thought.
