On another subject, anyone seen Sportsman's Guide's latest catalogs? He's
advertising a couple "BSA" scopes (4X32 and 2-7X32) for about $50 and $60
respectively. They appear to have parallax adjustment down to 10 meters
judging from the picture and he says they're for pellet guns (as well as
.22's, etc.). I didn't know BSA made (or had someone else manufacture them
with BSA's label) scopes. I hope they're not those Bushnell Sportview
things in disguise. Anyone brave enough to order one and see what they're
like? Dean Speidel

The May 97 issue of Air Gunner had an article about the new BSA scopes.
Blue, Bronze, & Platinum models lines = good, better, best. They did'nt say
who was making them, actually the article was written to where it infered
BSA factory was whipping these scopes out. (yeah right) My new Natchez flier
has Bronze models 3x9x32=$36, 3x9x40=$40 and Platinum 3x9x44=$150,
3.55x10x50=$180 and the two scopes pictured don't seem to have AO's. The
article had a picture of 6 different platinum models and none of them appear
to have AO's either or target knobs.
