    Being both an arrogant a**hole and a belligerent fool, I am
 offended by either of you attempting to say the other is my equal,
 when that is clearly not possible.

    Synopsis:  (A) requests info on finding D.S., to arrange for
 publishing rights regarding C style.  (B) notes that since the
 book is only available in Germany and the U.K., that (A) should
 find an available American author, also ignoring that publishing
 rights means financial remuneration to the author and implying
 that the given author should have no interest in this project.
 Hilarity ensues...

    I have the advantage of being far behind in my reading.  :)
