Here's the 10AM Friday morning NOAA advisory; the storm was barely a
hurricane (80 mph winds) and was still predicted to make landfall in
Florida.  There weren't even any tropical storm watches/warning for South
Louisiana and Mississippi.

Here's the 1PM Friday advisory.  Still no watches/warning for
Louisiana/Mississippi, still a very small storm, 100 mph max winds,
hurricane force winds over a 50  mile radius.
