The reason for the post was to elicit this reaction to you, and to point
out that W is clueless.

I really haven't, and  don't, blame anyone for what happened in New
Orleans, I can't imagine trying ot bring order out of that kind of
unimaginable chaos.  Tell you what, you find me a post where I placed any
kind of blame at all and I'll apologize to you, else you owe me one.

But I have to ask, do you think that Bush really thinks that the Salvation
Army has the resources to help the hundreds of thousands of people
displaced by this storm?
