You do have a point there.  8)

Unfortunately, CP/M doesn't have nearly the software, no hard drive support, no
multi-tasking (but you might be able to move to MP/M) and I believe it limited
to 64K.  Note this is all based on my RC2014 which I had lots of fun putting
together.
