You have to have the service switched on by your telco - some charge extra

Many mailers will log the CallerId info to logfile, other programs write
to their own. You'll need to set your modem to answer only after the
second ring, not have your mailer answer
Commands your Boca may accept are:
#CID=0 CallerID off (default)
#CID=1 CallerID on (formatted, plain language reporting)
#CID=2 CallerID on (unformatted, code reporting)
The second one is used often with specific programs
which take the info and formats it itself
