CSA and UL are trademarks for quality certification for electronics,
electrical products. I was referring to more or less to commercial tm's for
marketing purposes. e.g. Fruit of the Loom. I recall sometime ago there was a
firm that sold foam holders to keep drinks cool,and wanted to get market
recognictin fast, so he paid royalty to Fruit of the Loom, which allowed him
to use their mark and sell his product. Everyone was happy.
