McCall had a song called "Convoy"...and another singer (I think Cledus Maggard) had an album called "Kentucky Moonrunner", with several trucking songs. Then, you had Jerry Reed doing the theme for "Smokey And The Bandit". I know some ham radio operators and square dancers, who are current, or retired OTR truck drivers.
