Bill Birrell wrote in a message to Roy J. Tellason: > I used to have one of those, that interfaced to a TI > hard copy terminal... My first computer, in terms of something I actually got to work with, was a Heath H11 system (basically a PDP-11/03 where you got the CPU card assembled and had to do the rest of it yourself). That was equipped with a reader/punch, and the "terminal" was a DecWriter. We moved after that to a dual 8" floppy drive that stored a whole 256,256 bytes on each floppy, and that was a big step up. ---* Origin: TANSTAAFL BBS 717-838-8539 (1:270/615) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 270/615 150/220 379/1 106/1 2000 633/267 |
