I don't why he even bothers with Leviticus.  The entire chapter is quite
clear that it is addressing "The Children of Israel".   So unless
you're of
Hebrew descent, it isn't relevant.

He's just one more in a long line of buffet style christians.   He wants to
apply what verses he wants to, and ignore the verses that are inconvenient
for him.   There's a lot of that where religion is concerned.
