yeah, it looks like something is interferring with your FTP traffic and
causing the 'P' to be lost... the display of dots instead of commas might
be just a display thing OR it may be that whatever is causing the missing
'P' is also switching the commas for periods... in any case, something is
messing it up...

are you using live/active antivirus or antimalware software? does it
monitor ftp streams?
