Yes, new rules started 1 July 96. Contact your USPS bulk
mail unit and ask them for Max It!--the new rules. It
is your data base that needs certification. If you use
bulk mail processing software, it too needs certification.
Your word processor simply needs to produce readable
addresses and approved bar codes (if your particular
category of bulk mail requires bar codes).
The USPS has address and label specifications booklets,
new regs, and all kinds of stuff--free. WordPerfect does
just fine producing bulk-mail labels.
