i doubt seriously that you have anything to worry about from these parts...
especially if you have decent protections in place... we see similar
comments in the tech support areas i am involved in and the fact is that
obfuscating things like that can easily hamper one's ability to be
helped...

those links i sent you tell you what those number are and how to work with them ;)

TL;DR; they are the port your FTP tool will use for the transfer of the
data in question... there is a specific way they are to be handled to get
the proper port number ;)

what i meant by "live/active" was that everything is monitored
and yes, even at the CMD prompt, actions are monitored... otherwise you'd
be able to open a virus/malware infested program and it not be detected ;)
