Yes, it's Terry Chlebek, isn't it?  Don't know if you recall, but I actually 
did the basic work on the Z80 / CP/M Applicard driver for the OKS KacheCard. 
My wife and I had Joel Hinrichs as a guest for a few days while he and I 
integrated and debugged it.

Sorry to hear about Tom.  I remember meeting him at one of the Boston 
AppleFest shows.  Nice fellow!

Henry, might be worth pinging Andy Finkenstadt at that panix.com address. 
Don't personally know where Drew and Terry are lurking, but you may be able to 
chase them down on Google or somesuch.
