That damn "80-20" rule is always rearing it's ugly head.

I'd like to meet (even know who it was) the guy that articulated it first,
he's on a level with Einstein. In sales it means: 80% of your sales are
generated by 20% of your customers -- but it transcends just simple sales,
it seems to apply to everything
