this needs updating badly... i'm probably one of the most addicted and i
can attest that before i started fighting my addiction, i was up to 72hour
days and i have no idea what a "week" is :wink:

FWIW: i was able to back way out and experiance some time at the 8 and 10
hour day level... that was almost as bad as the other extreme where i'd
miss several of your days... in this case, i'd have 2 or three days in the
same time that you had one >
