Using the second person plural when referring to one person would be technically incorrect if it were meant literally. If you saw a group of five people, pointed at one of them, and yelled "I am going to sue y'all," you have pretty much threatened all five of them. In a purely social context like the one you mention, it is probably just an attempt to be inclusive. She's saying that it is okay not only for YOU in particular to come back but for your parents, kids, siblings, and friends to drop by.
