Yes, I'm the owner and still no luck. I also tried the default 
administrator account and it wont download from the microsoft V4 support 
site...
I think I will just leave it alone for now. If it give me more problems, 
as in the automatic downloads stop working. I may just nuke the hard drive 
and start all over with a fresh install of Win 2000....
