What's your CPS rate?  -That's- what really matters.  I can get a 33600
connect, but if I'm only getting 300cps, I might as well be connected at
2400bps.  (Although my SupraSonic averages 3100-3400cps typically.)
The "connect speed" isn't even half the story.  CPS is what you want to look
for.  If CPS is lower, then yes, there's some tweaking to be done.
