Business is far more regulated than it should be.  First,
the federal government has no legitimate concern with any
business that operates within a single state.  Secondly,
most businesses are private property and should be respected
as such.
If you bought a defective product, there are laws that already
provide a remedy for that.  As a remedy already exists for your
problem and as government regulation is inept, I suspect that you
are being disingenuous.
The difference between the commies of the USSR and the American
NAZIs is that the commies were honest.  When they wanted
government to own/operate a business they were honest enough to
say it.  The NAZI wants the government to regulate and tax
businesses to such a degree that there no longer is a
distinction from state-owned business.
