Go to the IBM WARP 4.0 support site (www.software.ibm.com/os/warp) and select 
Netscape for OS/2.  This will lead you through several pages (one being the 
license page).  You will find out that the correct file name is OS2EN202.EXE, 
not NSOS2202.EXE.
