Hello Bill.
There was a company advertising in QST, that had connectors for this, WITH
a impedance matching network from 75 to 52 ohms BUILT IN!
The cost was pretty cheap also, about $35.00  
Unfortunately, I no longer get QST, but someone out there might be able
to find it again.
