Yes but it _IS_ _TRUE_ and the connection charge is very larger 
about 100 dollars per minute or greater.  The same thing is 
happening with vocie mail.... and it is imposable to get the 
charges reversed..... so if something sounds to good to be true 
then check it out before you try it.
