I'm at the very beginning of learning how to do this (once again). How do I
write a TIC.CFG file? I do not see any documentation with SEAL 0.50.
Seal is basically like ALLFIX, right? It will take care of tossing my TIC
files where I want them, and it looks like it does some interesting things as
far as converting files one to another (areas.bbs to squish.cfg).
Someone mentioned that 0.40 is better than 0.50. Is this true? Who still
has 0.40 available for FREQ?
