Well, you'd be a fool to pass up THAT price, but I suspect you'd do 
yourself a great favor by asking for cash, money order, or a certified 
check before shipping the piece.
And people aren't holding onto them *that* hard.  They're listed in the 
InterNet sale areas every week or so.
