It has come to our attention through various sources that, just prior to his 
departure this week to Russia, President Clinton has signed Executive Order 
No. 12962 which abolishes the Bill of Rights in our U. S. Constitution!  Can 
you, or anyone else, confirm or deny this?  Can anyone obtain a copy of the 
Executive Order and make it available on the AEN News BBS?
