If it's what I think you mean, then there's one in operation not too far
from here. It's a small one, with a hand-operated pump to fill the glass
jar, which then flows down through the hose. It's used to fill mopeds and
the likes, behind the corner from the full-size, normal pumps, at one very
old gas station.
