  Citadel is a very nice groupware package.  I had set it all up for my new
company and even had it syncing to blackberry's through a round about mess
of programs.

  We ended up switching everything to google apps though as it was free, and
quite frankly has the best damn interface going for web based programs.
That and this way dealing with spam and other assorted BS that comes from
running a mail server is google's problem not mine.
