In anticipation of putting the new site on line, I'm doing a lot of
preliminary maintenance to the actual archive files. Currently, most of
the work is going into the portable collection
http://www.snippets.org/snippets/portable/portable.php3> with some
additional work at the DOS collection
http://www.snippets.org/snippets/dos/dos.php3>.

To make it easier to see what's new, I've changed the tables in the
collections to show the last modified date (gotta love PHP!). Because of
some pervasive changes I made a while back, the oldest date you'll see is
17-Aug-2003, which in most cases refers to a file unmodified since
SNIP9707. Exceptions to this are files which list either me or Jon Guthrie
as authors or contributors, since most of these are files I use regularly
and have made incremental enhancements to.
