I want to tag on to your post, Rich.

I too see little wrong with the Roberts nomination. I was rather surprised
by his elevation to the CJ position, but I understand why the President is
doing it. It really does relieve pressure to fill the Associate position,
and I don't believe that Judge Roberts is as bad as some have made him.

I've frankly been impressed with him in what I've seen in the hearings.
